Elizabeth Naijia Guo L.Ac, MSTOM. Elizabeth earned her Master’s degree at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, a national leader in the instruction of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She had extensive experience working at the Senior Clinic and Community Clinic. Through these experience, she witnessed how acupuncture can have a powerful impact on people’s lives. Elizabeth was drawn to studying Chinese medicine after experiencing the benefits of Chinese medicine firsthand. She was inspired by the fact that how simple tools like needles can achieve great therapeutic effects. Elizabeth is a practitioner of Dr. Tan's Balance Method which a highly effective acupuncture style.
Elizabeth approaches each treatment with compassion, listening carefully to patients' concerns, and creating a unique treatment plan for each individual. She guides patients in both diet and stress management strategies to enable them to take a proactive role in working towards their health and wellness goals. It is her dearest desire to share and serve people with this great form of medicine.
Brian is a lifelong practitioner of Taijiquan and Qigong. He lived in Taiwan for 15 years and during that time deepened his practice of Chinese health systems. He is also an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer with a specialist certification in Senior Fitness. He blends the best of western fitness methods with ancient Chinese health systems to create a well balanced approach to training for the clients. He enjoys spending time with the clients to fully understand their fitness needs and goals.
